Refund policy
By placing an order through https://mothman.shop you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All the products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. You can't return or exchange product categories:
- T-Shirts
- Hoodie
- Sweatshirt
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at ceo@mothman.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Fill out the return form
2. Prepare the item for shipment in its original packaging with tag, receipt and return form.
3. Send the package to 5830 E 2nd St Suite 8, Casper, WY 82609 US
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification.
Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 10 business days to deposit funds into the account you use at checkout.
The customer is responsible for the return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail info@capturedoncanvasart.com and send:
1. Photo of the product, where the marriage / defect is visible
2. Photo label
3. Photo of the packaging
The packaging must be preserved without fail, otherwise the exchange / return of the goods is not possible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at ceo@mothman.shop or come to our store.

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Goods cannot be returned after at least one use or damage to the packaging.
Claims for appearance are accepted only at the time of delivery or receipt of goods.
